It is our belief that massage therapy is an effective and powerful modality that can be used to achieve a state of mind and physical balance that supports the pursuit of optimum health and wellness. Whether you are seeking relief from discomfort due to an injury, from biomechanical imbalance, from physiological disorder or from everyday stress, it is our desire to assist you in finding the path to balance. When appropriate we may suggest adding other therapeutic modalities, exercises, stretches, and even diet adjustments. We want to be a part of your wellness program!

Meet our Therapists
All of our therapists are registered massage therapists in Winnipeg, Manitoba and will provide a receipt for your services that you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement if you have coverage.
