Our Intention, Your Wellness

We believe that your health and wellness begin with you. It is our belief that massage therapy is an effective and powerful modality that can be used to achieve a state of mind and physical balance that supports the pursuit of optimum health and wellness. Whether you are seeking relief from discomfort due to an injury, from biomechanical imbalance, from physiological disorder or from everyday stress, it is our desire to assist you in finding the path to balance. When appropriate we may suggest adding other therapeutic modalities, exercises, stretches, and even diet adjustments. We want to be a part of your wellness program!

Foundations Massage has a special interest in supporting growing families in all stages of pregnancy, from preconception, prenatal, birth and beyond. While we focus on taking care of your body during this time, our colleagues at Foundations Birth Services offer education and additional support.

Meet our Therapists

All of our therapists are registered massage therapists (RMTs) in Winnipeg, Manitoba and will provide a receipt for your services that you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement if you have coverage.

The RMTs sharing space here in South St. Vital, in Winnipeg, met in college in 2010, and have been joyfully working together ever since. We instantly recognized that we had similar views on how to approach the body Therapeutically, and we had the same vision for creating a Wellness practice. To facilitate a way for our clients to facilitate their healthy journey through life.

We offer a wide range of body work treatments ranging from remedial massage for every Body to specific modalities for specific Bodies, like infants, children, youth, preconception, pregnant, and postnatal.

Along with Remedial and Swedish massage, we offer Reflexology, Craniosacral Therapy, Craniosacral Fascial Therapy, and Maya Abdominal Therapy. We are always adding to our offerings, because we are avid knowledge seekers.
